Dan Brier was quoted in a Forbes article regarding a lawsuit filed by Garlock Sealing Technologies against Philadelphia asbestos attorney Benjamin Shein and lawyers at five other firms. Dan is defending Ben Shein in this lawsuit. In the article “A Stubborn Manufacturer Exposes The Asbestos Blame Game”, Dan says that “Ben Shein is a zealous advocate for his clients” and the lawsuit has no merit.
