We advise families in handling the administration of complex estate and trust matters. Our services include assisting Executors and Trustees in discharging all of their fiduciary duties, such as preparation and filing of all required tax returns. We provide assistance in marshalling and distributing assets to beneficiaries.

Planning for the Business Owner

MBK counsels business owners on all areas of tax and estate planning in connection with their business, including planning for the transition of management and ownership in the business, providing methods for shifting value during the owner’s lifetime to successive generations, preparing buy-sell agreements, stock transfer restrictions, employment agreements, executive compensation and non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and developing and implementing exit strategies for inactive owners of the family business.
