Jack Dempsey joined Myers, Brier & Kelly, LLP after spending the first six years of his legal career with a leading national firm based in Philadelphia. Jack has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout the country, and he has handled securities arbitrations before the NASD and FINRA. Jack represents national insurance and banking corporations, regional businesses, and individuals who reside in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He practices most regularly in the areas of insurance coverage, market conduct and sales practices investigations, business-to-business disputes, general corporate governance, securities disputes, insurance insolvency, viatical and life settlements, banking litigation, and white collar criminal law.

Jack is a member of the Board of Directors for Royer-Greaves School for Blind, and has served as a volunteer advocate for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia.
