Myers Brier & Kelly, LLP sues Delaware North Companies and The United States of America. The lawsuit alleges that defendants acted negligently when they invited guests to reserve tents that were infested with hantavirus-carrying deer mice in Curry Village in Yosemite. The suit was filed on behalf of MBK’s clients, a family who stayed at the Park in June, 2012. Following the family’s one night stay in Curry Village, the 45 year-old husband and father of two young children died from Hantavirus that he contracted in Curry Village in Yosemite.
