Lucille R. Sherman

As a litigation associate, Lucille advises both individuals and entities on matters pending in courts throughout the Commonwealth and before Pennsylvania’s administrative agencies. Before joining MBK, Lucille completed a fellowship with the Health Care Section of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General where she focused on consumer protection and data privacy issues affecting the healthcare industry.  While at the OAG, she conducted investigations, collaborated with other Commonwealth agencies, and negotiated settlements in complex healthcare matters.

Lucille is an experienced advocate.  Before becoming a lawyer, Lucille counseled survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking to address safety and other concerns and ensure their legal and human rights were respected throughout the legal process. She supported hundreds of survivors in emergency rooms, police stations, and courtrooms during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.  This experience inspired Lucille to pursue a career in law, where she continues to apply her crisis management and conflict resolution skills.

Lucille brings her unwavering commitment to client service to MBK.  She values collaboration and approaches the adversarial process with calm professionalism and deep respect for the responsibilities of legal advocacy.
