Our Voting Rights and Election Law team represents government agencies and officials in matters relating to voting, elections and redistricting.
Our experience makes us uniquely suited to advocate on behalf of parties in election and voting matters. In the last presidential election cycle, we successfully defended the Secretary of the Commonwealth against challenges to Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting law and voting procedures and challenges to election results. More recently, the MBK voting and election team advised and represented the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus Leader in relation to decennial redistricting and successfully defended against challenges to the new redistricting map. We also regularly advise candidates and political campaign committees with respect to election matters.
