Fred Lokuta is joining the Scranton office of MBK as a litigation associate, collaborating on matters across multiple practice groups. A graduate of Penn State Law, Fred has years of experience litigating on behalf of companies and individuals in the healthcare, insurance, and real estate industries. He has represented clients in a wide variety of disputes and court proceedings from personal injury and fraud to guardianships and disabled veterans’ rights matters. Fred’s professional experience and skills will enhance MBK’s growing practice.

As a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Fred is pleased to be based close to his roots:

Fred has been part of the Pennsylvania legal community for years, as a litigation associate in a large firm, as an attorney on the staff of Judge Fred A. Pierantoni, III of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, and as an intern to Pennsylvania State Representative Michael B. Carroll. Fred is dedicated to giving back to his community and to serving MBK’s clients.
