Frank J. Brier has become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Established in 1955, The Fellows is an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have been elected by their peers because of their outstanding achievements in the legal profession. Membership in The Fellows cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. The Fellows is the nation’s leading research institute for the empirical study of law and is dedicated to advancing justice through research on the law, legal process, and the law’s impact on society.
