A public Report authored by Retired Judge Joseph M. Augello and released by Luzerne County Manager Romilda Crocamo, endorsed the County’s decision to engage MBK’s Tim Gates to advise and assist the County with election administration matters.  The Report identified Tim as an “election consultant who is well versed in election matters” and recommended that the County continue to “take advantage of his knowledge and expertise.”  Tim joined MBK in January 2023 after serving as Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of State for more than 7 years.  As Chief Counsel, Tim oversaw strategy and execution of the Department’s defense of the legal challenges to the 2020 General Election.
